Just wanted to let everyone know how little Kenna is doing. We did get out of the hospital on Sunday afternoon with a lot of medications and instructions. She is currently on 4 different liquid medications and then she has to take breathing treatments every 4 hours - two of those are Pulmicort, which is the maintenance medication for her lungs. She has been doing good since she got home, but today she turned a corner with her "mood." She has been really upset and tired and she only wants her daddy, which isn't great on Kenna nor on me since she has to spend most of her time with me...she can't return to school until next Monday. But, today she was much more cooperative with me and nicer - not as tired. She is breathing great and taking her treatments well - thank goodness she was already used to taking them!
While Miss McKenna was in the hospital, Little Miss Kamryn got her first tooth! The day after we got home from the hospital, she started crawling - real crawling, not army crawling, which she has been doing for quite a while now. Yesterday, she thought she was big enough to start pulling up on me and then the furniture. She's moving just a little too fast for us now! :) She's a little go-getter!
It sure has been hard for Zak and I to get back into the swing of things this week. Zak, with work, and me, with working out/running. I have really been having to force myself to get on that treadmill. I think Zak has really been having to force himself to get out of bed in the morning! (Just kidding). He had several calls last week to do some jobs for some people, so he is still out tonight (after 9pm) talking to some of those people - he's had a long day.
Kimber and Marha are great. There isn't a whole lot going on with them right now - thank goodness! I don't know what I would do if all four of them had crazy things going on!

So glad she is doing so well!! It was nice seeing y'all for a bit yesterday. I can't believe Kam is crawling! Thanks for keeping us updated! Love ya sis!
ReplyDeleteOh, by the way Candice - she pulled up to standing today - all by herself! So, that is something new for almost every day this week!
